Team Profiles Stephanie O. Woodward started Woodward O'Connor Mortgage Associates in 1988. She brings a wealth of knowledge about loan products and real estate in Northern California. Carly LaFont has been in the mortgage industry since 2001. She is glad to assist clients with anything from budgeting to repositioning equity and is devoted to keeping clients properly informed. Carly continues to expand her pool of knowledge by keeping up to date on the latest news and mortgage trends. As well as finishing her degree in Business Management. (email)
Joelle Rubio does the in-house underwriting and oversees all processing, including appraisals and title reports. She has a broad knowledge of loan programs and helps package each loan to meet the lender's requirements. She has been licensed with the Department of Real Estate since 1992 and fills in for Stephanie and Carly when they are out of the office. (email)
Sandi Sullivan is that ever cheerful voice you hear each time you call our office. Between phone calls she keeps the flow going, the paperwork filed, the database up-to-date and the machines humming. Sandi is always happy to copy any and all documents you bring in to us. (email)
